Schnitzler Syndrome

This disease as been added because it is so rare with symptoms including intermittent fevers, arthritis, rashes, and vascular reactions. It can be defined as autoimmune with an autoinflammatory response.

Scnitzler Syndrome is an extremely rare disease manifested as monoclonal immunoglobulin M dysproteinemia without features of lymphoproliferative disease but with

~ Chronic Uticaria- vascular reaction of the upper dermis marked by the appearance of wheals and severe itching

~Bone pain

~Intermittent fever

~Joint pain

~Arthritis

~Monoclonal IgM gammopathy

~Enlarged lymph nodes

~Enlarged Liver

~Enlarged Spleen

~Elevated ESR(Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate)

~Elevated Leukocytosis (White cells)
